Due to the nature of our services, it is generally not feasible for clients to remain anonymous or use pseudonyms when engaging with us.

Government Identifiers

We do not use Commonwealth government identifiers (like TFNs) as our own internal client identifiers. Such data is only used or shared where allowed under the Privacy Act.

Overseas Disclosure

Some of our technology and service providers are based overseas. We may transfer data outside Australia when using cloud services. Where we do, we take reasonable steps to ensure these providers comply with Australian privacy obligations regarding cross-border data flows.

Access and Correction

You can request access to or correction of your personal or credit-related information held by us. We will generally grant access (a fee may apply) and update incorrect data. If access or correction is denied, we’ll explain the reason.
